MasteryTrail provides a mastery learning path featuring live training sessions, workshops, coaching packages and other educational services designed to enhance skills and knowledge.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for live training sessions or workshops within 7 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued upon confirmation of cancellation. Alternatively, clients may choose to transfer their enrollment to another session at no extra charge. Custom coaching packages are non-refundable due to tailored resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital products such as e-books, video recordings and downloadable materials are delivered immediately upon purchase. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted, unless there is a defect in the content or access. Requests for defective content must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and will be reviewed promptly.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items sold on MasteryTrail may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. interactions are available upon request.

MasteryTrail may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
